Conference "Information technologies and automatic systems"

Automation is the replacement of human activity by machines and mechanisms. The degree of automation can vary widely: from systems in which the control process is fully carried out by man, to those where it is implemented automatically.

Automated information technology involves the existence of a set of appropriate technical means that implement the information process, and management systems for this set (usually software and organizational and methodological support that coordinates the actions of personnel and technical means in a single technological process).
