PRODUCTION PRACTICE OF STUDENTS OF THE SPECIALTY "HOTEL AND RESTAURANT BUSINESS"

Our students are currently undergoing practical training. The purpose of the practice is to study technological processes in restaurant establishments; consolidation of theoretical knowledge on the organization of work of enterprises in the restaurant business.

This year, due to the difficult epidemic situation in our country and in the world as a whole, the practice is characterized by an increase in the sanitary and hygienic control of the hotel and restaurant business. I would also like to note that this summer our city is visited by a large number of vacationers due to the closure of the borders of a number of countries, which has a positive effect on the congestion of hotels and restaurants. Therefore, this year restaurateurs were looking forward to our trainees, demand even exceeded supply!

The interns' working day begins, like the other employees, in the morning to prepare the Swedish line of breakfast for hotel clients. All trainees receive quality free meals.

It should be noted that the ONAPT College of Oil and Gas Technologies, Engineering and Service Infrastructure cooperates with the best hotel and restaurant companies in Odessa and the region, where all sanitary and hygienic requirements are strictly observed, all goods and services are certified.
